Per mL Polymyxin B sulfate 8,000 u, neomycin sulfate 3.5 mg, dexamethasone 1 mg

Indications/Uses

Allergic inflammatory conditions of the external ear canal complicated by infections caused by organisms susceptible to polymyxin B sulfate & neomycin sulfate. Adjunctive management of acute or chronic steroid responsive dermatoses of the external ear.

Dosage/Direction for Use

Instill 3-4 drops bid-tid then reduce gradually. If necessary, a gauze wick may be saturated w/ a few drops & should be changed every 12-24 hr.

Contraindications

Hypersensitivity. Infectious TB lesions of the ear, chicken pox, vaccinia & herpes simplex.
